Abholung: Eine Abholung der Bestellungen ist natürlich auch möglich. Diese erfolgt dann in meiner wunderschönen kleinen Wohnung in 27383 Scheeßel. Nach der Bestellung kann per Mail (zukünftig auch WhatsApp, arbeite ich dran) abgeklärt werden, wann es terminlich bei beiden Parteien am besten passt 🙂
Bearbeitungszeit: Alle Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Geldeingang versandt. Am Wochenende werden (meistens) keine Päckchen verschickt, diese gehen dann am Montag raus! 🙂
Vorbestellung (Pre-Order): Wenn ein Artikel vorbestellt wird, gilt der späteste verfügbare Artikel als Versandzeitpunkt für die gesamte Bestellung. Wenn die Bestellung also einen Artikel enthält, der erst 3 Wochen nach der Bestellung verfügbar ist, werden auch die anderen Artikel der Bestellung erst dann verschickt. Die Verfügbarkeit der Artikel finden sich über und unter dem Button „In den Warenkorb“/“Pre-Order“ auf jeder Produktseite. Solltet ihr einen Artikel aus einer solchen gemischten Bestellung schneller benötigen, empfiehlt es sich, mehrere Bestellungen abzugeben. (Tipp: ob ein Artikel nicht sofort verfügbar ist, erkennst du an dem Text „Pre-Order“ im Warenkorb)

Packing time: All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. There is (mostly) no shipping on weekends, packages will go out on Monday 🙂
Pre-Order: If one of the items in your order is a Pre-Order („Vorbestellung“), the rest of the items will only be shipped once the latest is available. If your order includes a product, which is only available 3 weeks from the time of the order, than the order in a whole will be shipped then. Availability of all products is visible above and below the „to cart“ („In den Warenkorb“)-button on every product-page. If you need one product earlier than that, we recommend ordering these products separately. (Tip: If a product is available for pre-order, this product has the text „Pre-Order“ shown in the shopping cart)

Attention US-Customers: The shipping to the US has been activated and is up and running. Since the whole process with customs is quite new for us, there might be small hiccups with some orders along the way. We are here to help and if anything goes south, we will always find the best solution for you! Happy to see the big interest from you over the past months 🙂
Attention Canada-Customers: Unfortunately due to postal strikes shipping to Canada has been paused. Orders would be delivered to Canada and then stay there for weeks without a notice, so we choose to not ship anything at this moment. Once the strike is over, shipping to Canada will continue as usual! Thanks for your understanding 🙂
